Eligibility Requirements

You may be eligible for WIC if:

You are a pregnant, postpartum or nursing, or if you have children under the age of five
You live in New York State

You automatically income-qualify for WIC if you currently receive:

Medicaid
Food Stamps/SNAP benefits
TANF (temporary assistance)

OR

You must meet income eligibility guidelines listed below:
