Child Care Resource Center staff is available upon request to present technical assistance on any of the following areas; principles of early childhood development, nutrition and health needs of children, child day care program development, safety and security procedures; including communication between parents and staff of your program, business record maintenance and management, statutes and regulations pertaining to child day care, statutes and regulations pertaining to child abuse and maltreatment, and Shaken Baby Syndrome. Early Childhood Education and Training Program (ECETP) – Welcome to the online Child Care Resource Center. Funding for this site is sponsored by the New York State Office of Children and Family Services, funded by the federal Child Care and Development Fund and administered by the Professional Development Program, Rockefeller College, University at Albany. These trainings are available for all child care providers in New York State at no cost to participants.
