NEW AUTOMATIC INCOME QUALIFIERS!

If a child in your care is enrolled in Head Start/Early Head Start, they are automatically income eligible for WIC. 

If you are pregnant and have the Essential Plan through NYS
Marketplace, you and your children under the age of 5 are automatically income
eligible for WIC.

The NYS WIC Program updated the WIC Acceptable Foods Card dated February 2021.  Electronic copies can be found on the NYS DOH website under “Resources.”

Monday – Friday  –  8:00 am – 5:00 pm

New foods have been added to the WIC Acceptable Foods List:   flavored yogurt, organic baby food, more varieties of juice, bread and cereal. Click here for the complete list of new foods added to the list.

In order to better serve you, please bring the following to every appointment:

Medicaid card  ·   Food stamp approval “letter”
Temporary assistance “letter” ·  Proof of all household income
